or registered account.

If an order was made, your original receipt or transaction number.
3. The
name of the product and/or service in which you are requesting support.
4. The Email addressed used for payment.
5. Please be as specific in your query as possible.
Please note that
refund requests are not granted for membership access sites unless
a billing error has been made. Customers who file an unwarranted dispute
with paypal will automatically be sent to our collections lawyer for fund recovery
and placed on our fraudulent buyers list.
